Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery durations vary by destination: Domestic shipments usually arrive within 5-8 business days after dispatch, while international orders may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. Seasonal peaks may slightly extend these estimates—we recommend ordering earlier during holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60+
All amounts are in USD. Note that expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for time-sensitive deliveries.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to 50+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian markets. Some remote locations (e.g., certain islands, military bases) may require additional delivery time or incur supplemental charges. During checkout, our system will automatically validate your address and indicate any restrictions before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for punctual deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
